Dilente

(Yep. Dilente. Sorry Dug if I portray you incorrectly. I blame it on love. *nods wisely*)

Her heart was pounding as she sprinted up the hill, that mist floating close behind, skimming over the wild flowers effortlessly. Who's idea was it to play hunt the vampire this time?! The long grass tangled around her legs and she fell, faceplanting just as the solidifying mist would've hit her. Looking up at the sight of Dug sat crossed legged in the meadow, almost glowing, she blinked. Whoa.. Laughter floated around her when Dug caught sight of her muddy face and a blush coloured her porcelain cheeks. Slowly that laughter died, leaving a weighted silence. For a while neither of them spoke.
"Sil...you're staring at me.."
"Sorry.." She moved closer, transfixed.
"Sil?"
"Shhh.." Slowly, oh so slowly, she reached out and cupped Dug's cheek, brushing their lips against each other slightly before leaning back to gauge her reaction, almost laughing at the shocked expression.
"What...just happened?"
"Did you like it?"
"D-did you just...kiss me?"
"Um.." Another blush rose in her cheeks and she looked at her hands in her lap. She flinched slightly when a warm finger tilted her head back up, forcing her to meet Dugglyn's gaze.
"Dug?"
"Shhh.." And then lips were pressed together, moving gently with hers. She lost herself, closing her eyes, enjoying Dug's company. There was no resistance when she pinned Dug down, no fighting when hands reached for the clips of her bra. The colour in Dugs cheek was like embers, fire to her ice cold skin. They stayed like that a long while, trading whispers, kisses, lust and love mixing together as one. Two souls in the eye of a storm. It wasn't until sunset that they broke apart, red in the cheeks and grinning like fools.
"So.."
"Yeah, so.." The two girls exchanged looks. Finally Silente shrugged. "I won't tell if you don't."
Dugglyn smiled. "It's a deal." And with that they both parted ways.
